Business Development Specialist
Job description
Midland Engineering Profiles are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our growing team of skilled engineers. This role will suit someone who has a strong history of Business Development, ideally with an Engineering background.
Knowledge of or previous experience within the Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage industries would be beneficial, specifically relating to the supply of Stainless Steel products.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and generate new business, within the key industries we supply.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers, ongoing Account Management
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop sales strategies by identifying high potential prospects, client proposal development
- Product Development Feedback
- Lead Generation
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
